How does DART JumpShot® HTS work?

DART JumpShot® HTS combines pulsed gas technology, automation hardware and software to analyze large sample sets via a simple three-step workflow that involves:

Spotting nanoliter volumes from a 96 or 384 wellplate onto a QuickStrip® - HT Wire Mesh Screen, using an automated pipetter.

Transferring the screen to the JumpShot® HTS interface for analysis; linear rail automation hardware maximizes the speed with which the system moves from sample to sample.

Using post-data acquisition software Analyzer Pro XD to complete the workflow, via automatic peak detection and data processing; screen rapidly for analytes of interest on the basis of mass and generate a heat map for the wellplate.
