HPLC for the analysis of aflatoxins, especially aflatoxins B1, B2, G1 and G2 in food products. "AZURA Aflotoxin System" includes:
-AZURA autosampler AS 6.1 L for automatic sample input;
- AZURA pump P 6.1 L low pressure gradient pump with a maximum pressure of 862 bar.
-Thermostat of AZURA CT 2.1 columns for warming up the columns and reproducible results.
-RF fluorescence detector – 20 A coupled with a photochemical post-column derivatization reactor for sensitive detection of aflatoxins.
-Sample preparation kit consisting of SPE cartridges and method protocol.
The system is controlled using ClarityChrom® software. In addition, you can use a tablet PC with AZURA Mobile Control for system status monitoring and direct control.
